Here’s the rub, we cannot trust neoliberal US “human rights” groups to protect us from the Googles/Facebooks when they’re sponsored by them.

It’s up to those of us who are not beholden to Google/Facebook/etc. in Europe to chart our own course forward to protect our rights.

And that means effectively regulating these US people farmers & funding interoperable/free-as-in-freedom commons-based European alternatives

It’s time to stop looking at US NGOs in the pocket of Silicon Valley for leadership on human rights in Europe and time we start leading.
