We don’t block it outright so as not to break functionality but we do block cookies to it. Best way: get devs to stop using it :)

Hmm, Interesting. Could be a protect there for seamlessly rewriting URLs to Google-hosted libraries to a non-tracking host.

You're a bit cocky on this one. It's a MASSIVE effort to manually create a productive totally non-Google environment especially in biz
-
Indeed. But perhaps the times call for a little cockiness ;)
-
It can distract from real alternatives though if you don't address the full picture. Google is a 1stopshop monolith
-
And the way you replace a monolith is with a thousand alternatives; death by a thousand cuts.
-
that's a non answer in terms of actual alternatives. Many people don't want a thousand logins for a thousand tools...

@mcpaccard can you be TOTALLY without Google and Facebook and still live in this century? -
Google, yes. Facebook, probably (for now). Twitter (for me, harder, but yes)… problem is the list goes on… +
@mcpaccard -
well I totally think that’s possible and still live in this century ;) It’s also why I work on

I'm still missing good online photo storage other than storing it in a cloud drive (need a little more features). Got any suggestions?
-
Tell me features you need and I’ll ask my followers for advice :) (I use Photos on Mac)
-
I used to use Photos, but there were too many bugs/problems. I'm looking for something with features like Google Photos (paid version)
