why is that inherently wrong? its still an effective ad blocker IF user enables it, it tracks the tags on a page, not a big deal

They work for the advertising industry; they get paid by the advertising industry. They’re not hiding it, what’s hard to see?

why does being part of the industry doom their (good) product? is everyone in the industry evil then? clearly not... so why assume?

whether you see ads or not does not affect their business, so there is no conflict in using their blocker
