Cult of GDP I can agree with. It's a useful measure, but used beyond that can, and has, cause harm. The rest is unfounded suppostition

Infinite growth in a closed system is unsustainable. That’s just basic physics. See: growth/extinction of bacteria in a Petri dish.

That's a misdirect. 1. No growth is truly long-term exponential, not what happens. 2. Growth is better use of resources.
