        On Android even the caller phone number history list can be sent „home“.

        @jonsat that is the Android way of asking for permissions. It’s at install and you have to accept all or not install it.

        @jonsat I believe this is a default permission of Android. Intrinsic to the bad design of the platform.

        @jonsat having juggled some App Store submission stuff, I think developers can forget to REMOVE the permissions request even if unused
