It’s ridiculous (but only a patent atm). So Apple decides that you cannot take a photo of your partner at a concert?

I'm assuming it would only work if the camera was pointed towards the stage, but yeah, that too. Glad it's only a patent for now.

The key issue being: do you *own* your device or are you renting it from Apple, who retain control?
