Initial thoughts: Data look legit. Odd: Doesn’t use Turkish characters (legacy system?) Database field names in English (foreign company?)

@aral It’s a common practice among developers like me of non-english speaking countries to use variables on English. It’s more concise. -
.
@dkast Understood. I’m bilingual (TR/EN) & though they’re var names, they look like they were chosen by a native speaker. Just a hunch. -
.
@dkast (Could have also been someone who’s bilingual, of course. Or I could just be wrong. Like I said, it’s just a hunch.) :)

@markkuhanninen I get that. However, it doesn’t look like the English a non-native speaker would use (I’m bilingual in TR/EN) +@LauraHuu -
@aral@LauraHuu could be, compare to this.. Finnish official election data schema (Finnish company Tieto I think): http://tulospalvelu.vaalit.fi/E-2015/en/Election_result_data_file_description_XML-data_EKV2015.pdf … -
@markkuhanninen I don’t know enough about Finnish peculiarities when speaking/writing English to comment. +@LauraHuu

@aral We generally use english variable names. (best practice) It doesn't necessarily indicate that it's maintained by a foreign company. -
@emre_yilmaz@aral Common practice elsewhere too for variable names, less that can go wrong, lower risk of ugly multilingual code ++

@aral I guess the hacker refactored table defintions. Original table definitions are probably obfuscated for "security" reasons.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
