@aral well, depends on how you think of marketing. Marketing can, and should, come before the product. I’m not just talking promotion. -
@Smutchings Indeed. Yet I mean design of the organisation. Marketing team can’t change Facebook’s business model (for example). -
@aral sure, but marketing includes the business model. In essence, I’m talking about the modern “requirement” for finding out what users do
