Well, that was fun: Xcode at ~4.3GB downloaded in ~1hr, in ~15 chunks, being chucked off the hotel network by @TeliaSverige at every ~250MB
Darn it, still beach-balling like crazy. Anyone else get this on the iOS simulator? Entirely unusable. (10.11.1/MBP 2.8 i7 16GB/Xcode 7.1.1)

@aral I have a similar spec, don't see that problem. How are you launching your simulator? -
@brindy Just build and run from Xcode. It’s crazy. Even (e.g.) launch Settings -> Beachball. -
