@aral What browser are you testing in? Anything WebKit based has a quite aggressive local cache strategy -

@aral been awhile since I dealt w/ AWS, but we'd tack version numbers on videos stored on s3, forcing CloudFront to grab the new file. -
@aral (which is a terrible hack, but at the time there was no good way to invalidate the cache. Sounds like now might not be so different.)
