Actually, you know what, I’m done calling it ‘experience design’. From now on, I’ll simply be calling it ‘design’, to mean the same thing.

@aral Probably one part of the 'whole' concept is ability to create services. Those services can then create either good or bad experiences. -
@autiomaa Indeed, what is often meant by service design & experience design are analogous, I find. Former focuses on means, latter on ends. -
@aral Agree on that. Service Design is more like a category of methods and toolsets, instead of whole ability to control experiences.
