@aral That's why I create my presentations in InDesign and present using PDFs. I really dislike how Keynote handles spacing and kerning.

@BaldCondensed Yes, it’s not ideal, is it? :) However, I am nothing without my presenter display. Looking forward to seeing you in Faenza :) -
@aral PDF is not ideal neither, but at least I don't spend ages getting the typography right. No flaming crossfades nor twirls though. ;-) -
@BaldCondensed NO FLAMING CROSSFADES? WHY EVEN PRESENT? :-P

@aral (…because typography conference even named Kerning – and smart-behinds like me *will* make fun of anything unkerned there ;) ) -
@ninastoessinger Hah, I’m sure you’ll find loads to make fun of in my talk ;) See you soon :) -
@aral Oh I’m generally quite benign ;) and, likewise, heh. Looking forward to meeting up. Fear I’ll arrive too late for the workshop tho :( - 1 more reply

@aral I had a deliberately bad kerned slide at a typography conference. It was funny to hear all the audience gasp in shock at it :-)Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
