@aral I like using the non-proper ones in code because they remind me of the fact that what's proper is a matter of localization.

@aral And I have to admit that my habit was also influenced by an old Xcode limitation that might have been resolved in the meantime. -
@petermaurer@aral I think non-ASCII literals are supported as of Xcode 4.0, provided your source files are UTF8.
