@aral number 6 is also a myth - users hate typing, but will send billions of SMS and SMS-like messages?

@yaakov_h it is true. I send loads of SMS, but ask me to fill in a web form and I will go to my laptop. -
@Dirk_Gently and I can’t figure out why the hell. Twitter? Sure. Facebook? Not a problem. SMS? Email? Easy. New Customer Form? No Way. -
@yaakov_h I'm not trying to talk to someone important when filing out a customer form. If it was in an app rather than a web form that is ok -
@Dirk_Gently What’s the difference between the two? Safari tends to do a better job for forms than most apps IMO -
@yaakov_h the feel of it, scale of the page and some other factors. -
@Dirk_Gently and mobile site / hybrid app? -
@yaakov_h personally, I find them unattractive. The matter comes down to the fact we don’t use phones for that, they are for simple things. - 2 more replies

@aral@CreativeBloq honestly, anything that's "Top x reasons you should y" would be perpetuating some myth in some shape or another...Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
