@GarethBowker Indeed. But if they ascertain that the monkey is healthy, why not return it to people who were taking good care of it?

@aral Depends on whether an exemption can be gained (e.g. there might be a good reason for prohibiting long-term). If exempted, then sure. -
@GarethBowker I don’t know all the details so I may be wrong but it seems like that would be the right thing to do in this case.
