@aral For most users, most mobile devices are interchangeable, so design is commoditised. It's only different outside the mainstream. -
@neilnjae Design is the thing that you can’t commoditise. And I use design in the holistic/service/experience design sense, not visual. -
@aral I agree with your definition of design. I think we'll have to agree to disagree about whether it's a commodity.
