@aral you have a funny definition of native if a native-byte code runtime for a DSL is different to a native-byte code exe

@thefalken Here’s my definition: http://mobile.smashingmagazine.com/2012/06/18/mobile-considerations-in-user-experience-design-web-or-native/ … and here’s a talk on the same subject: http://vimeo.com/30659519 -
@aral /me reads - but if we design to solve users problem first, why does it matter if we used an byte-code based solution or not ? -
@thefalken Because the design is inseparable from the materials (frameworks, technologies, etc.) that comprise it. -
@aral disagree. U can make the same experience and feel in any language with decent MVC + artistic talent. XCode vs Lua not important.

@aral what does native imply? From a UX standpoint, are apps written in native code but use custom interactions still native? -
@vpdn I go into detail on it here: http://mobile.smashingmagazine.com/2012/06/18/mobile-considerations-in-user-experience-design-web-or-native/ … (chapter) and here http://vimeo.com/30659519 (talk) :)
