@aral How accessible is a pure JS implementation? I don't know how good screen readers are these days. -
@adamauckland If you don’t mind having user download 2 images, accessible. Otherwise, won’t work without JS unless you use noscript hack. -
@aral just checked Chrome docs. Looks like screen readers handle client JS apps fine. Go nuts! To Joyent! -
@adamauckland Screenreaders shouldn’t be the only criterium. JS-only images are not a good idea. Progressively enhance :)
