There was a lot of hoo-ha about too many children attending primary school in the last lockdown The ONS school infection survey results are out from March Where is the primary school data? "the number of positive test results...is too small to present" https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/healthandsocialcare/conditionsanddiseases/bulletins/covid19schoolsinfectionsurveyround4england/march2021 …

She won't be interested because it doesn't confirm her current opinion or world view. Eventually she's going to have to row backwards. Either that or she will double down and fade into none existence with only a few die hard followers left that still scream panic

They can't release that info because that would allow you to reverse-calculate the positive cases. Since they're so few, that would allow you to identify individuals or they could self-identify. This is basic statistical disclosure control.

That means it's fewer than 10 according to ONS statistical disclosure control rules

This is great, though it did carve through the local primaries and secondaries like a hurricane in Nov/Dec. The kids were back for two weeks before Easter and have had only a couple of weeks since...so let's not assume we're immune from resurgence yet, eh?

Which was reflective of the community, not driven by schools. Also prior to vaccine roll out. Just let kids be kids and move on.
