Wait pit's forward throw actually kills around 140%???
The nice folks at the pitcord made this handy-dandy chart. 140% is actually on the lighter end of the spectrum, but when rage is considered about 140% is the average, it's dumb. Most f throw kills end up being due to followup edgeguardspic.twitter.com/FZVhy89vC4

Thanks usually get kills with forward throws around 150 %, what about back throw can it also kill?

Back throw kills quite a bit later. 180ish I'd say on middle weight characters so forward throw is your best bet.
