How the heck do you properly close out chapters???? Achchbcbxbxggggg this is going to be the end of me, I'm finished

I already wrote the outline for the chapter and then I actually wrote the chapter and finished on the story beat I wanted. It's more just confusion on what feeling I should leave the reader with. I think I've got a good conclusion now, it just took a while to figure it out
And don't worry my reaction pic was just a joke I appreciated the funny response a lot
