I have been wondering what's a good secondary for Pit, trying to decide between Pokemon Trainer and Byleth. 
It's probably Wolf though.
I've been working on Link recently since having a slower zoner might be nice, and our very own RaZe co-mains Pit and Link and he seems to be doing okay

Yeah but what matchup can he cover that Pit does bad at?

Honestly, I don't think he covers a significant amount of bad matchups for Pit, I just think it's his very different playstyle that's very good against certain opponents' playstyle. Depending on whether they play passively or aggressively I'd probably switch
