I properly examined how I look in the mirror and disassociated so hard my brain was freaking out saying "holy shit that me inside my brain is in that body what is happening?!" My appearance has changed so much I can barely keep track of it so I gotta check in, make sure it's me
I think I finally have to accept, despite all of my insecurities and shaky self-esteem, that I'm at least a 6/10 which is better than I've felt my whole life. I'm at least not vaguely unattractive which is always nice
I feel this really hard and I'm glad you are at a place to accept how you look dispite being insecure and self conscious
It's taken a long freaking time but what's helped the most is that since I'm finally in college I have a lot more control over my image and appearance which is way better than I could have expected. I appreciate the support
