I don’t believe that’s transphobic, it’s just having standards for someone you want to date. If a gay man say they never want to date a women does that make them heterophobic?
I don't have a desire to date women because it's literally my genetic disposition, a straight man not wanting to date a woman just because they later found out they had transitioned in to their gender just seems transphobic, like this changes your perspective of them as a human
