Honestly I started questioning pretty late, around 9th grade when I started having confusing feelings for my best friend. Before that point I had convinced myself that I'd have a particular future with a wife because that was the norm instilled on me by my family and in general

Those feelings I had for my friend were really confusing and scary and things ended up going really badly but I learned a lot about myself in the process. It was really my friends who helped me the most and allowed me to open up to them about how I was feeling

If they weren't around I think I would have felt really lonely and scared. Having a GSA at my high school also helped a lot to find a community and getting to hold seminars at health classes and giving speeches helped me feel like I was giving back and helping others out
