Any tips for increasing my mental stamina for tournaments? After a while, my mind becomes foggy and I make more mistakes/rage.

I dunno how the tournament rules work but maybe between stressful games I could just like, give you a pat on the shoulder or something? I dunno, little things like that help me snap out when I'm too far in my own head and not thinking clearly, just something to ground myself
