Any tips for increasing my mental stamina for tournaments? After a while, my mind becomes foggy and I make more mistakes/rage.
During that set I wasn't getting frustrated to the point that I wasn't focusing, the only thing that broke my focus were some of the conversations behind me. I'm still not super comfortable playing with music but maybe I'll try it out more. I don't really have good headphones...
