Ally shouldn't have gotten in to a relationship with a 16 year old, any rational adult would know that's a terrible thing to do. The entire problem with the situation is the power imbalance, the pedophile always has more power in the relationship
I agree that what Zack did wasn't good, but the main problem is that he did what he did while in a really bad relationship, and now that he's out of that relationship he's doing a lot better. Ally on the other hand has the power to decide whether or not to be in this relationship

I think in order for me to fully form an opnion I have to know how they got into this relationship in the first place. If Ally pressured Zack into it, then Ally is at fault. If it was consensual, then both are at fault (zack more so, but Ally is still the adult in this situation)

It did come to point where Ally agreed that the situation became too toxic, but Zack (a teen) was too far in his emotions.
