I kinda wanted one of the house leaders personally but I feel like this is a good way to unite everyone. It's a shame Byleth's design is a little bland but he's meant to be an Avatar specifically and it's part of his character development anyways

I think it's the optimal way to represent Three Houses so while it's not what I initially wanted, after seeing how the character plays and his in game design I'm pretty hyped
