You can say whatever you want about Sword and Shield but I’m sick of hearing people say that the devs are being lazy. People always go to it when a game doesn’t meet their standards but there is always more to it

The issue is that they're incentized to not give a game extra development time because they'll make more money by pumping out games really quickly rather than improving. So I do think Game Freak would underdevelop a game to make more money. They're not lazy, just exploitative

Yes that is precisely it. I am not kidding when I say that capitalism is ruining videogames. I am 100% serious. So I guess it's not necessarily Game Freak's fault, it's capitalism's fault
