How about propose a law instead of just blindly saying “gun control now!”

There have been many good ones proposed.
-
I’m all for preventing these deaths, just tell me how you want to cause I haven’t heard anything that could be done that would stop this

Ashton, as you are someone who grew up in the Midwest, I think you probably owned guns along with family. Guns don’t shoot themselves. Alcohol doesn’t drink itself and drive. PEOPLE do. We need to focus on mental health and closing those loopholes
-
I did grow up hunting. I have no intention to ban all fire arms. I think there is a huge unaddressed mental health issue and a huge unaddressed gun issue. Solutions to the issues aren’t simple but are necessary.

Defense attorney: "Look at my client's home life! Look at his mental health history! Look at his medication! He's not responsible!" Gun-grabbers: "Don't look at the shooter's home life, mental health, or medications! Ban guns now!"
-
Addressing mental health is not lost on me.
-
That's good to know. Law-abiding gun owners would like to keep the legitimately mentally ill from getting firearms. But
#guncontrol#GunReformNow won't stop until the 2nd Amendment resembles the 4th Amendment: The exceptions have devoured the rule.

"Gun control won't work" In the UK we banned privately owned guns in 1997 and since then we've not had one massacre. Not one. So let that sink in....
-
I just want to say I totally agree with you Micheal, but In my eyes we have waited too late in this country. We should have dealt with this back in 1999 with columbine but now TOO MANY people have them now, I just feel it’s too late.
-
It should of been dealt with by now I agree but better late than never... this will happen again and it's not a case of if it's just a case of when and where. If I was the parent of someone in school in America I would be very worried
-
Yea I graduated in 2016, THANK YOU JESUS with no worries but I have siblings in school and I just wish the best for them everyday because America is going down and going down fast. These school shootings are just the beginning of a long road to hell

Change it to what??? How about banning auto and semi-auto assault rifles? That looks a good place to start. Background checks, another good place to start. It’s not that complicated. Give me 1 good reason why regular citizens need a gun that can unload 300-500 rounds/min, just 1.
-
Background checks already required... Automatic guns already banned.
-
Assault rifles are banned. Semi-autos are not. Either way they can unload 300+rounds/min. Do citizen need these kinds of weapons, in your opinion? Background checks need a massive overhauling!
-
Semi auto guns can unload 300 rounds per minute? Can you direct me to your source for this?
-
300 per minute? 90 per minute? Does it fkn matter? Is the possibility of 90 lost lives per minute not enough for you? Why the hell does a “law abiding citizen” need a weapon like this??? To shoot a deer 90 times in 1 minute?
-
Yeah it does matter because someone is gonna read what you wrote and take it as gospel when you were wrong.
-
I didn’t write that. But again. Who cares?
-
I care. You're fixated on finding away to take power from the people and turn it over to what proves every day to be a more deep and corrupt government. You have been programmed to push this narrative. Banning guns isn't going to stop the hate.
