Limiting new for-hire vehicle licenses and taking away jobs from New Yorkers is not the answer.

@TripleS_kid@aplusk I know... I was engaged to a medallion owner in NYC and dad drove a cab as a 2nd job. Issue isn't Uber, but TLC.
