What is your solution? A lot of pleas for reform but I haven’t heard anyone suggest a solution.

Literally anything, because what we’re doing now isn’t working. mandatory waiting period, better background checks, ammo control, just some options.
-
None of those will keep guns out of the hands of criminals.
-
It's not illegal guns in the hands of these mass shooters. Everyone of them WERE LEGALLY ACQUIRED!
-
But if they cant get them legally they will just get them illegally ask the people in Chicago. Mental issues always seem to be the problem. It can not be predicted when you are gonna snap. Not sure what the answer is but I dont think gun control will help.?
-
Let's ask Canada or England or Japan how it's working for them.. Oh it is.
-
Works very well in Australia too. My kids can't believe what American kids are having to worry about.
-
Good to know. Now I have another country to add to my response. My kids have to have 4 active shooter lock down drills a year starting at 5yrs old. Mine got caught in a bathroom during one and couldn't leave. 8 yrs later, won't use in school for fear of being trapped.

What do you think gun control would do, exactly? You make it sound like it's some magical solution. Hint: it isn't
-
It is only if they want total confiscation, which is their end game.
-
And that still won't help solve the problems!

Just think if the bouncer would’ve been armed? He could could’ve stopped the shooter. California has some of the toughest gun laws. Why didn’t that stop the gunman. There is a moral issue, family issue, mental health issue in this country. Stop blaming one person.
-
Kind of like the officer who died? He had a gun. Why couldn’t he stop the shooter?
-
Epic response. Sad but true.
-
It's not a fool proof plan, but it's better to have the ability to protect yourself rather than praying the cops show up in time

Everyone’s a critic but offers no suggestions.
-
Universal background checks, a national gun registry, banning of assault weapons, a large surcharge on every gun and all ammunition sold to pay for additional mental health screenings, banned bump stocks, NATIONAL red flag laws, raising the minimum age to 21 to purchase firearms
-
so many suggestions I RAN OUT OF CHARACTERS FFS
-
Also, no guns for domestic abusers
