I fail to see how calling someone, who is gay, gay is an insult. Unless you are insinuating that the word gay is an insult in itself.

No of course not! But the tone that he uses and the affiliation with his sexuality and the other things he says about this guys shows that he thinks being gay is an insult. He also brings it up every chance he gets which seems very unnecessary

It's a comedy show hes not insulting him for being gay. Hes making fun of how he flaunts that he's gay. They're all just jokes.

If steven broke the TOS for for making jokes about his gayness, then so did Carlos Maza for calling Steven gay and insinuating he was hiding it from his wife. Its a double standard because that video he did that in is still up and monetized.
