Someone I know passed away due to lack of sleep and he was just 23. He just had a migraine and afterwards was found unconscious which what happened to me last night and my blood pressure went high. So please, take enough rest if you. Keep on working hard but rest if you must.
I hope you don't misunderstand my point. I don't mean any harm or to freak you out. It's just reality and I just wanted to give everyone a gentle reminder how crucial rest can be and how it basically takes part of your daily life basis. Take care of yourselves and stay healthy.
