To be fair, this is the adverse event report from the Phase 2 study, included as an appendix to the FDA brief. The (much larger) Phase 3 trial reported 7 SAE assessed as related to vaccine (still a very low number), on page 43/44 of the file linked above

Post Vaccine day 1 report: deltoid soreness started 5-6 hours after shot. Tired and a bit achy this AM, but I also had maybe 4h sleep total, on an uncomfortable couch in a hospital room being wakened every couple hours by this adorable guy.
