And FYI, I get asked all the time about my diet + training. I use the EXACT SAME recommendations and training programs my clients use. Same workout app, same nutritional recommendations, same tracking recommendations - everything. I'm not a "you do this and I'll do that" guy.

What filter are you using?

The one called "take a fucking picture with your phone and upload it". That's my favorite filter. The lighting is sweet, though, it's the spin room at my gym with soft overhead lighting. No filter.

You obviously have absolutely no understanding of what it takes to transform your body and your mind. It is hard work, commitment, dedication, lots of early mornings, a fantastic understanding of nutrition and incredible willpower. I am only 2 years in and it changes you.
