My worry lies in Africans who woke up when Europe, America and most of Asia enjoyed their share in the production of fossil fuels and are now thinking about taxing on pollution and developing green economy. Will those African countries who wish to dig for Oil enjoy in this era?

This is certainly an issue. Tho, Africa can learn how not to do it and straight away invest into future proof technology.
#Marroco is leading the way for solar power. Maybe the carbon taxes from Europe + America can support this. A global issue will need global taxes.
