Dear @amazon, when you email me an order confirmation or shipment notice or what have you, could you include a description in the email of what is in the order so one doesn't have to click through every time to figure out what was ordered or shipped?

How would you tell a obvious "Google fail" from someone impersonating their sites online, to make them cruddy? What would be the indicators?
