Their pulled pork tacos are a perfect pairing to the IPA. This vibe--real roughneck America, refined beer culture, exotic cultural syncretism with 'Hispanidad', exposed brick/distressed-wood aesthetics--is what every craft beer bar in Europe tries to mimic in its hamfisted way.
I'd only add where Europe != UK since Real Ale is awesome.
I love that something like good beer and pulled pork can be artfully crafted into such a nuanced transoceanic slap.
