Those rules were only for supermarket beer, I believe, anyway. The stupid rule that forced bars to act as sort of private clubs got blown up.

5% for draft, but they can serve high strength from cans & bottles. Proper is great; and there are a half dozen other breweries within a short walk. Check out the patio at Templin Family around the corner, Fisher just a bit further, or Kiitos a couple blocks away
