No. And 'club' membership has never been a requirement to buy beer in Utah. Also, 3.2% abv went away last year. It's now 5% abv.

I heard when I moved here in the 1990s that the 3.2% rule created a market for 3.2 brewers and this was an odd form of unintentional (I assume) protectionism that gave time for the industry to develop. Now it is impressive!
