Feels like much more energy around religious Easter and Passover this year. It’s not my culture, and I’m just an observer, but religious signaling may outcompete politics-as-ersatz-religion. Rather than figuring out ethics anew with every tweet, use a millennia-old moral code.

organized religion benefits from the Lindy effect but my bet is that modern non-relgious (digital) communities begin to look a lot more like religions soon. Christianity/judaism is the framework, not the product.
