Very confusing to me that Chile has had a v effective vaccination program and is also in their harshest lockdown with hospitals on the brink of collapse.
Mid-summer, because you have to add 6 weeks for immunity (and also the drop during the overshoot phase). April 5 + 3 months to 75% is July 5th, but then 6 weeks to actual immunity is mid-August.
A number of states may end the pandemic as much as a month before others. New Mexico, South Dakota and northern New England are in the lead.
And when it’s over and behind us, I don’t ever want to hear another word about it for the rest of my life. Let our great-grandchildren learn about it in high school. I’m done with this.
