I would agree with Antonio but I think that they're going to happen between countries. Most countries are not where the US in terms of vaccination, and eventually the US is going to have to protect the gains it has made.
I think the US will take the ham-fisted approach of just not letting in foreigners from countries where COVID still rages, and calling it a day. UK, Israel...welcome. EU....cya.
my bet, half the planet will be choreographed into the US plan. a great incentive to further align with US interests.
