Inflation is only low if you live in your parents basement and eat ramen and pay for Netflix. Asset inflation is a thing.

True. Universities are capturing a greater percentage of the value they create but that has little to do with monetary policy. My fix: state legislatures should hard cap the percentage of budget that public universities can spend on administration and non-teaching staff
