Yes, that's my pref too, however, if you want to be a stickler adhering to CDC, the 135 method works well

Oh and since we're optimizing: if you're baking in oven, cook at a low temp, around 250, for longer. This results in a much tender and even interior (w/o sous vide). You can finish with a quick broil if you want that sear
