      I knew you'd provide the foodiest take on this: either you dive into an Alaskan river and wrestle a salmon from a bear before chomping into its still-quivering belly, or you eat this thing you have to Google from the most expensive restaurant in Tokyo. There is no in-between.

      The Bourdain school of working-class, guerrilla food culture. Sadly, this really only has lasting momentum in Europe, where there's a sense of culture and finery that floats above class. In the US of A, it's still really about the benjamins, end of the day.
