Switching is easy. I did last year after a decade, and professionals know how to hand off the data.
I'm sure that's true. But I have no reason to fire the guy. His rate is reasonable, and he does my returns in a timely fashion, correctly handling weird shit like private stock sales (and putting up with my flakiness). It just seems so.....locked in.
How is this different from hiring any other knowledge workers on ongoing basis
