New York City reporters reporting on New York City voting like it matters for a national audience is just a perfect "looking for my dropped keys by the streetlight because that's where I can see not where I dropped them" case study.

Are we all staring quizzically at the same photo of a long line of Brooklyn voters, like I am right now?

Regardless of who wins. It should be telling that we all look around and wonder... am I that off base? How do these other brothers and sisters think? What brought them to this path? And then listen. It’s ok to still disagree. But it feels more like a family if we feel heard.

Besides, it’s New York, I haven’t seen a competitive general election in like a decade. The only twist for me was pick 3/4 judges!
